Who can apply?
✓ Applicants with a Bachelor's degree in sports, sports science or physical education (teaching degree) plus one year of professional experience
OR
✓Applicants with a professional qualification with at least 3 years of professional experience in high-performance sport and a national association coaching licence.
English language skills must be at B2 level

Submission
Send an application form with:
- CV (mandatory)
- Coaching Licence (mandatory)
- Bachelor degree (if possible)
- Proof of professional job in high performance sports (mandatory)
- Proof of English skills (B2 mandatory -see list below)
- A recommendation letter from your sports organisation (min. one - max. three) is in any case mandatory
Interview
The HiPer Scientific Committee will shortlist candidates to be invited for interviews. Each candidate will receive a final decision within a few weeks after the interview.
The required B2 English level can be proven by one of the following tests:
- TOEFL testwith at least 72 points (internet-based test, IBT), 47 points (revised TOEFL Paper-delivered Test, PdT)
- IELTS (International English Language Testing System)with a minimum of 5.5 points
- Cambridge First Certificate in English (FCE)or a higher level of the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations like advanced (CAE) or profitient (CPE)
- Telc English B2
- Oxford Test of English (OTE)with an average of at least 111 of 140 points
- Academic Pearson Test of English (PTE)with a result of 59-75 points
- University Entrance Qualification from an English-language institute
